Formed in June 2024, we are a small group of railway modellers from various locations around mid-Cornwall. We recently finished refurbishing and automating the 00 scale model of Bodmin General Station, which is in the exhibition coach at the Bodmin Railway.
Our own layout build is now underway at Withiel Village Hall, located to the west of Bodmin. This will be a looped figure 8, with 4 scenic sides which will depict a seaside station, a countryside incline, a Parkway style station and a town station with a small goods yard. A fiddle yard is included behind the scenes and we expect to be able to run at least 5 trains at any one time. More details here.

Whilst Withiel Village Hall is a great meeting place and a fantastic resource for the village, we'd still love to hear from anyone with any information of affordable premises in Bodmin itself. Ideally this would need to be approximately 20' x 20' with access to a toilet and parking.
